Create an Exhibit!

Create a mini exhibit here online! Pretend to be an exhibit designer or a curator. Very easy!

  1. Arrange the art (1-7 pieces) on the wall.

  2. Resize them as you'd like.

  3. Add frames if you'd like (top right corner).

  4. Download it (or not).

  5. Enjoy for yourself! Or email it to me (backdoortomuseums@gmail.com) and I'll add it to the slide gallery here on the website.

  6. Come back again. I'll change out the art every few weeks.

Landscape painting

Pointillism is tiny dots painted onto the canvas to create a sense of light and movement. Close up, you see dots. Step back and the dots blend into an image. This was part of the Impressionist movement during the 1880s. George Seurat and Paul Signac were the inventor of this style and others followed.
