Biltmore Estate: The Most Distinguished Private Place

It was fun to have a small part in the creation of this book! I was curator at Biltmore when John Bryan, the author, visited Biltmore to do his research for Biltmore Estate: The Most Distinguished Private Place. The book reflects the fact that the author is a historian. He was dedicated to researching information about the house, the Vanderbilt's, Frederick Law Olmsted - the landscape designer, and Richard Morris Hunt - the architect. If you're a fan of Biltmore, you'll enjoy this book!
